My pieces are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind creations. Each product is unique, and variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the charm of my work.
Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but slight differences may exist between the screen and the actual piece.
3. Prices
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
As a small business, I do not charge taxes.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, before the final payment.
4. Orders
Confirming your order means you accept these terms and conditions.
You will receive an order confirmation by email after your payment is completed.
I reserve the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues or if the item has already been sold (since my creations are one-of-a-kind, they may sell quickly).
5. Payment
Payments are secure and processed through my trusted payment partners.
No banking information is stored on my site.
6. Shipping
Orders are carefully prepared and shipped as promptly as possible.
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the destination. I do my best to keep you informed about the status of your order.
I am not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the handmade and delicate nature of my creations, returns are only accepted in the case of a major defect or if there was an error with your order.
If you notice an issue, please contact me promptly at poterie@lanalanglois.com, and include photos of the item within 7 days of receiving your order.
I will handle your request with care and attention.
